Equitable Social Solutions ALL IN Funding

In order to address the statewide housing and homelessness crisis, Oregon supplied ALL IN funding to a select group of agency providers to support the community.

These programs are funded by Lane County Health & Human Services, the City of Eugene, City of Springfield, and State of Oregon.

ESS has a LTRA program.

Long Term Rental Assistance or LTRA

LTRA provides long-term rental subsidy support. LTRA’s goal is to serve 77 households by the end of the fiscal year.

LTRA program referrals come directly from the Lane County Centralized Waitlist. For more information on county referrals, please see their site: Coordinated Entry - Lane County

Please note, LTRA referrals do require an active Front Door Assessment or FDA. See the below attachment for more information on Front Door Assessments.
